Who We Are

The Uniform Changed. The Standard Didn't.

Texas Warrior Transport was built on a simple idea: the discipline, accountability, and mission-focus that veterans learned in service translate directly into a transport company customers can count on. We employ those who have served — and we hold every load to the standard that service demands.

U.S. Marine Corps (Ret.) — Service-Disabled Veteran

Scott Luckie

Founder & Principal Operator

As a retired U.S. Marine and service-disabled veteran, Scott brings logistics discipline, heavy vehicle and equipment operation, safety-protocol enforcement, and the mission-accomplishment mindset to every load. In Year 1 he serves as primary driver, personally setting the operational standard every future veteran driver is trained to replicate.

Kelly Luckie

Operations Manager

A U.S. Air Force veteran with business-administration training, Kelly runs the operational engine — dispatch and scheduling, customer communication, financial reporting, compliance oversight, and marketing. Her discipline keeps loads scheduled, invoices out on time, and customers never left wondering.

Mission

To provide exceptional vehicle and equipment transportation throughout Texas while creating meaningful employment for U.S. military veterans — proving that the skills forged in service translate directly into excellence in service to our customers.

Vision

To become the most trusted vehicle and equipment transport provider in Texas and the largest employer of veteran drivers in the state — demonstrating that veteran-owned businesses deliver superior results while honoring those who served.

Core Values

What We Stand On

Service

Continuing the mission in a new uniform. Every load is a promise made and kept.

Integrity

Accurate quotes, no hidden fees, proactive communication when circumstances change.

Discipline

SOPs followed without shortcuts. Equipment maintained to the highest standard. Deadlines met.

Excellence

Good enough isn't good enough when the mission matters. Every mission matters.

Brotherhood

We exist to create opportunity for veterans — mentorship, community, and meaningful work.

Back Office

Built to Operate Like a Larger Company

Administrative operations — bookkeeping, invoicing, insurance, compliance, and HR — run through WildDog, LLC, the Luckie family's shared-services entity. That means professional-grade back-office infrastructure from day one: invoices go out on time, insurance certificates stay current, and compliance deadlines are tracked proactively, without pulling Scott off the road. A credibility advantage for commercial accounts, insurers, and lenders.
